3PM payment and refund policy
Prices are set in $3PM tokens, with a USD reference in brackets. Until off-site launch, 1 $3PM = $0.05 USD. Clients pay the quoted equivalent in SOL or USDC on Solana. Your listed price splits into 80% SPEND, 5% HODL and 15% 3PM. Funds stay held until client approval or an administrator dispute decision. Seven days to review delivery; no automatic payout.
Artist cancellation or failure to deliver waives the 15% platform fee; other refunds retain it. Every refund deducts actual receiving and refund-processing costs, itemized before execution. For completed services, processing costs come from 3PM’s 15% share.
