For Investors

3PM / INVESTOR OVERVIEW

Independent music.
A connected economy.

We are building the infrastructure around a stronger relationship between artists and their communities. Music is the starting point. Useful products, direct support and creative opportunity are the business.

Artist ownershipNon-exclusive participationProduct-led development
01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Build around the music.
Keep value close to its source.

Independent artists can create and distribute globally, but turning attention into a durable livelihood is still fragmented. Fans discover the music in one place, buy somewhere else, and rarely see the wider creative world behind it.

3PM connects listening, digital releases, exclusive content, memberships and creative services. The aim is a deeper relationship with each artist, with several ways for that relationship to support a business.

Web3 is part of the infrastructure roadmap. The product needs to earn its place through a useful experience, whether a listener arrives for a song or a future collector arrives for a digital asset.

02 / CONNECTED REVENUE AREAS

One ecosystem.
Multiple ways to participate.

These connected business areas support the 3PM model. Their current product stages are shown below.

01Store available

Music & digital products

Direct purchases connect listeners with releases and creative work. Digital collectibles and automated NFT delivery are part of the development roadmap.

02Memberships available

Vault subscriptions

Tiered access gives fans a closer view of music, video, photography and the creative process, with recurring membership contributions.

03Enquiries open

Creative services

Production, songwriting, mixing, features and creative direction turn the network’s skills into practical opportunities. A broader services marketplace is planned.

04In development

Music licensing

The model includes connecting original music with media, brands and creators. Dedicated licensing workflows and a wider commercial pipeline are development priorities.

03 / A FOUNDATION YOU CAN EXPLORE

Original work.
A working product.

The website already brings together a music catalogue and player, store, memberships, vaults and account wallets. The next step is to deepen the catalogue, improve the experience and build repeat participation.

Laszlo van Leeuwen’s Jungle Boy has reached 100,000 Spotify streams and is available on 3PM too. It is one creative milestone, not a measure of platform revenue or user adoption.

04 / EXECUTION PRIORITIES

Grow the product. Prove the participation.

  1. 01

    Strengthen the core

Improve discovery, listening, store and membership experiences. Keep operations, support and the catalogue dependable.

  2. 02

    Expand the creative economy

Onboard artists, develop content and distribution, and build service and licensing opportunities around repeat use.

  3. 03

    Prepare the token phase

Develop and test token claims, supply and liquidity arrangements, with clear eligibility, vesting, security review and published launch terms.

  4. 04

    Extend participation

Explore digital collectibles, live experiences and community governance as the product and its capacity mature.

A staged roadmap, not a fixed launch calendar. Delivery depends on resources, adoption, technical readiness and appropriate legal review.

05 / THE PEOPLE & THE PRACTICE

Created by musicians who build.

3PM is a project by The Mantrium. The founding approach combines music and production with Web3 development, design and storytelling. The artists’ own releases and experiences are a practical testing ground for the platform.

Creative craft

Original music, live-band recording, visual storytelling and a developing catalogue.

Product capability

A connected website, listening experience, store, memberships and wallet foundations.

Artist perspective

Ownership, non-exclusive releases and direct fan relationships shape the product decisions.

THE INVESTMENT PLAN

The capital plan.
The proposed investor model.

Our funding plan supports product development, operations, artist growth and distribution. The figures below describe proposed terms, planning targets and illustrative scenarios. They are not reported results or a live investment offer.

PLANNED CAPITAL RAISE$700,000USD, across ten execution budgets
EACH EXECUTION BUDGET$70,000Product, operations and marketing
REVENUE TARGET PERIOD12 monthsTarget period for the revenue plan
PROPOSED REVENUE PARTICIPATION

5XTotal distribution cap

A shared investor pool receives 20% of net platform revenue, distributed quarterly. Each investor receives a pro-rata share of that pool, based on their participation, until their cumulative distributions reach five times their initial investment.

For example, a $70,000 investment has a $350,000 total distribution cap.

IN ADDITION / $3PM TOKEN ALLOCATION

1:1Your investment, matched in $3PM.

In addition to the 5X revenue-participation cap, each investor receives a $3PM token allocation equal in value to their initial investment, calculated at the agreed entry price.

ILLUSTRATIVE INVESTMENT$70,000
TOKEN VALUE AT ENTRY$70,000

At an illustrative entry price of $0.05 per $3PM, that means 1,400,000 tokens, alongside the separate revenue participation.

The allocation is valued at entry; future token market value can change. Final allocation, vesting and claim terms are set out in the investment agreement.

Investment terms remain subject to definitive agreements. Revenue participation and token exposure carry different risks. Returns, payment timing and market prices are not guaranteed.

MINIMUM STARTING ANNUAL FORECAST

Four revenue areas.
A $700,000 annual starting forecast.

Our minimum starting annual revenue forecast is $700,000 USD across four connected revenue areas. This baseline describes a full year at the forecast operating level, targeted within 12 months; it is a planning assumption, not current revenue or a guaranteed minimum.

Forecast annual platform revenue by activity
Creative services$420,000
Vault subscriptions$140,000
Music licensing$90,000
Creator product fees$50,000
Minimum starting annual forecast$700,000USD / year
Forecast MRR equivalent$58,333.33USD / month · $700,000 ÷ 12

Monthly equivalent of the annual forecast. The total includes subscription and transaction-based revenue; it is not all contracted recurring revenue.

The operating assumptions.

Services
About 2,500 bookings at a blended $1,100 booking value, with a 15% platform fee.
Vaults
About 1,100 average subscribers at $25 per month, with a 40% platform net after artist payouts.
Licensing
About 75 licences at $6,000 each, with a 20% platform share.
Creator products
$500,000 target gross merchandise value, with a 10% platform fee.

Targets use rounded planning assumptions. Services imply approximately $412,500 in fees at the stated volume, compared with the rounded $420,000 target. Vault performance depends on subscriber growth and timing. Any investor distribution depends on the definition of net platform revenue in the final agreement.

CAPITAL DEPLOYMENT / TEN STAGES

Ten budgets.
A staged route to execution.

Each proposed stage receives $70,000. The chart separates approximate marketing allocations from the remaining execution budget. Stage names are planned milestones, not a claim that these features or events are already delivered.
