Legend Personified

Persona Iluminado (aka ‘P3rs0na’) is a once in a generation phenomena: a multi-disciplinary artist across all things creative+digital, his creations encompass music, art, graphics, memes, videography, 3D, websites, apps and cryptocurrencies.

Born in The Netherlands to an anthropologist father and social working mother, it didn’t take long for the boy that would eventually become Persona to spread his wings: at a mere 9 days old, him and his parents’ left The Netherlands and departed to Sudan, where they spent the next 2 years living in the desert for a humanitarian project.

The rest of the boy’s life was a continuous journey; he grew up across Africa and Asia, until as a young adult, he left the nest and ascended on his own: embracing the jungles of South and Central America.

It was here that legend unfolded: in the depths of the jungle, the young man met a shaman, and over the course of years he underwent a journey of transmutation – like a snake sheds its skin, the young man shed all he thought himself to be; all that encaged him in the illusion of separation from divinity.

He lost himself. And at this point, it was that he discovered: to lose yourself, is the first step to finding yourself.

The young man awoke, and where before there was the self-deception in believing himself to be the persona he was enacting, there was now the conscious enactment of a human, and the embodiment of the divine.

No longer a mere young man, he was now an illuminated person.

And thus, Persona Iluminado was born.
