THE PROBLEM:

Traditional labels still operate on outdated, predatory models - taking ownership of masters, dictating creative direction, and trapping artists in restrictive deals that leave them with a fraction of their earnings.

This has led to the industry’s growing reputation for exploitation. Yet ironically, many artists still dream of signing with a major label because of the powerful marketing networks and operational ecosystems those labels have built.

3PM’S SOLUTION:

3PM flips the model. Here, artists retain full ownership of their music and creative IP. Furthermore, the artists decide what music to release through 3PM, and whether to release that music the traditional routes as well, or see what happens when solely releasing their music sovereignly.

We provide the ecosystem, not the leash - empowering artists to earn directly and transparently through Web3 infrastructure that replaces control with innovation + collaboration.

2. Streams Pay Too Little - Artists Are Forced to Act Like Influencers

THE PROBLEM:

Most digital streaming platforms pay between $2,000 and $4,000 USD per one million streams, forcing artists to chase mass visibility just to survive.

Instead of focusing on timeless, meaningful art, creators are pressured into producing endless short-form “influencer” content to stay relevant.

3PM’S SOLUTION:

3PM helps artists build intimate, loyal communities of a few thousand true supporters - each contributing a small, monthly amount (ie $10USD)

Through the 3PM ecosystem, fans use $3PM Coins (purchased with fiat or crypto) to support artists directly by buying digital items, collectibles, and memberships.

In return, fans receive exclusive content, early access, and 10% of their spending back in $3PM coins, which offers a real financial upside as the artist and 3PM grow in popularity and the $3PM coin rises in value.

3. Traditional Subscription Models Don’t Transform Fans’ Lives

THE PROBLEM:

Many artists have turned to platforms like Patreon to build small paying communities. While effective for superfans, the exchange is one-dimensional - fans pay for content, but receive no deeper value or participation in return.

Artists retain ownership of their work and can release elsewhere. 3PM is non-exclusive. We value human-made music: AI can assist operations, development and marketing, but our policy does not support AI-generated music or using artists' music to train AI.

Utility today

The current experience is a platform account and wallet system, connected to music, the store and memberships. Your account records balances and activity inside 3PM.

A platform balance is not the same as a freely tradable blockchain token. External trading, token claims and future governance belong to a later development stage.

What we are building next

The roadmap extends from the existing music platform into broader artist onboarding, services, licensing and digital collectibles. Token deployment, external claims and liquidity require further technical preparation and published launch terms.

Progress depends on funding, product delivery, adoption and appropriate legal and security review. Roadmap items are plans, not live features or guaranteed delivery dates.

Participation, with clear expectations

Spend balances support activity inside 3PM. HODL balances track rewards and participation intended for the future token phase. Any future conversion or claim will depend on the final published eligibility, vesting and technical rules.

Coin ownership does not itself confer company equity, guaranteed income or a guaranteed market price. A future exchange launch and liquidity are not assured.

What needs to be published before launch

The final network and contract address, verified supply, allocation wallets, vesting start dates, liquidity arrangements, security review and claim instructions are the evidence needed to evaluate a token launch. The allocation table alone does not verify these.

Final adoption and treasury thresholds will be published before launch, together with governance rules and reward mechanics.
